Welcome to my blog, updated with stories, research, sampling and ideas used to develop my woven textile designs. The purpose of this blog is to document my inspirations, record my explorations and share my process. I design and weave contemporary textiles, homewares and accessories using natural fibres and a bold colour pallet. Celebrating the heritage of woven textiles is important to me: all of my pieces are traditionally woven at a 250 year old mill or are hand woven in my London studio. I use pattern to tell a story, symbols to make links and structures with energy.
